Which HFC?

I have searched and did not find much helpful information on this. I am thinking about getting back under STU spec, and will need a cat to replace my test pipe.
I have an XS Engineering 3" dp and HKS Hi Power 3" exhaust, currently using some unknown test pipe.
What is a good high flow cat that will bolt up directly?
I know I will lose some power, but which ones do not cause too much restriction? If the best of the bunch still don't flow much over stock, obviously there is no point on spending that much money.
I have friends who can TIG, if there are cost effective good flowing universal ones out there. I just would not know what to do about the flanges, short up cutting up my test pipe as a donor, which I don't really want to do.

The ones I am aware of are:

Perrin$204
Works $269
Buschur (Catco) $150 - Said to flow rather poorly
Ultimate Racing 3" Ceramic $150
Ultimate Racing 3" Metal $250

How do these compare?

Input is greatly appreciated.

Bump. I read the other thread comparing the stock, Random, and test pipe. Obviously the Random is very close with the test pipe. But it's $310. Does anyone know how the other stack up against it?
