Question Mitsubish Evo Green Turbo

Just Wondoring If Any One Out There Could Answer Question About
Mitsubish Evo Green Turbo 9-20glt.
Ran Car For About 5 Miles With No Oil Due To A Oil Change They Forgot To Put Plup Back In. Waiting On New Turbo To Come In Just Wanted A Heads Up On Turbo Than Ran With No Oil, Just Because Its Oil Feed.
Has Any One Had This Happen To Them Before, Just Want To Make Sure Its Ok To Still Run Car With Old Turbo In It Until New One Comes In On Back Order 6 Weeks. They Told Me Its Ok To Drive It.

id be suing the shop that did that for a brand new engine, and a brand new turbo setup. 5 miles no oil is terrible, Id be getting a price quotefrom mitsubishifor a new turbo and a complete new head and bottom end and demanding the money. Was thecar building any boost during those 5 miles, I cant imagine the damage that was caused

Ya, first off turn your caps lock off, and then go check your turbo. Does it spin freely? Does it move around a lot when you grab the shaft and wiggle it around, in and out, back and forth?

And forget the turbo, what about your engine?

Yea...one guy on here blew his motor because he forgot to put oil in it about 20 miles later....so I'm sure some damage was done to either the engine or turbo.

Car Is At Busher Racing They Rebuild The Egine Checked Turbo Out, Say Sight Damage To Turbo, We Are Geting A New Turbo But On Back Order,
Its Up To Us If We Want We Can Pick Car Up With Old Turbo In It Wait For New Turbo To Come In. Dan Says There Is Really No Damage But Its
Really Up To Us. Brand New Car Not Even A Year Old Yet. Pep Boys Has Paid For Everything So Far Due To There ****-up.
We Just Got Car Back From Busher Before All This Happened, spend 12.000. And Turbo Was Only Three Weeks Old When Oil Change Happened.
