valve cover

I know someone will bash me for not finding it somewhere else, but how tight should the cover be? how many lbs of torque?

it donsn't matter, at the worst case you will crack it, no biggie its not a performance part. just hand tighten them.

Be very careful with this. It will crack easy. Hand tighten it.
