Looking at fitting some gscs1 cams to my 8, are they ok with std springs?

At what point would I need to uprate them?

Can you replace them without removeing the head??

Anytime you start modding your engine internals you should get some... they are just good cheap insurance. And yeah, they can swapped out without taking off the head. A lot of places do a one-for-one swap out, and never really unbolt the head.

I see, are they easy to replace 1 at a time then?

Yes one at a time, they are actually easier than putting the cams in.

For $100 you can feel a lot safer. Do it while your in there
