QFT, son.

You got owned Evo 9 "Miss Rose"

You simply can't accept the fact that it's your fault. Just because the dealership doesn't carry OEM Spark Plugs doesn't mean you should experiment and try your own methodologies. The moment you felt that car backfire you should have known something was wrong.. But no.. you wanted to blame it on the Tune.

You state that you bought Pulsar then you say you got them for free.. Obviously a ploy to make it seem like you couldn't say no to putting them on.. (Obviously Bulll****)

And now your Head is broken and will need to be replaced.

I know you stated that atleast you are posting this on EVO M because that way it won't happen to anyone else.. but honestly.. In all the years I've been visiting this site you're the first tool to go against the communities recommendation and have their car broken because of bad spark plugs. I really doubt anyone would be so blatant to be ignorant about obvious advice and observation based on your car's behavior.

You need to accept responsibility a bit more and if there is anything you can do to learn from this mistake is to simply research ask questions before doing anything to your car especially if you're not entirely mechanically inclined.

Good Luck with that new Head.

If the pulstars are the same length and same thread, I don't see how they could have messed up the head or contacted the pistons at all.

I would imagine cross threading them or something would ruin the head...

Right? I don't see how you could do any "damage" by using the wrong plugs unless they were the wrong size and you stripped out the threads...

The car should have:
a) Not even run
b) Misfired like a ****.

In either case, you should have KNOWN something was wrong before damage was done. If the car was was running like *** and you still beat on it, you're a dumbass...
