Question oil cooler

ok so i just cut off my mitsu sign on my bumper inclueding the part that holds it. my method for madness is i was going to buy an oil cooler that is 13" by 3.75" by 2" and place it above my intercooler. run line from the fitting to the new oil cooler but would it block the airflow to the ac condinsor...and do you think that if i increased the length of the lines that i would need smaller diameter lines. or would i just need to keep them the same???

why not leave it in the stock location. it will get enough air there and not intervene with the air to the IC and Radiator. just a thought?
