Overboost problem

I think my stock actuator is acting up. I keep throwing an overboost condition code, and cost to keep replacing the batteries in my pocketlogger is getting a little bit ridiculous . Does anyone know if upgrading to a forge unit or equivalent would help. I am running 27 lbs daily. Does anyone have a used one for sale?

You might try increasing wastegate preload up to about 19 PSI before plunking down the cash for a new WGA. Although if you are going to get one then the Forge is the best unit.

How is this done, and is it relative safe? I thought I heard of people doing this when running high boost on the stocker, like Curt Brown, but I think we welded it.
