Exedy twin. Mine makes 400/400 and I don't like the ACT clutch that is in there. I do get lock out, pedal is heavy, and it slips. Exedy is going in this week as I have never had any issues with the Exedy Twin HD.

I just wanted to add my experience with the exedy twin SD. I've had this clutch for about 20,000 miles and it was great. I was making about 365whp and getting 1.59 - 1.62 60 foot times. I recently took the tranny out for a rebuild and noticed the clutch didn't look so good. Long story short the clutch discs, the floater and the top plate need to be replaced. Also the flywheel and crown piece need to be resurfaced. All the parts with resurfacing is going to cost about $800. To make matters worse, the parts are still on back-order with no ETA! This sucks! I was thinking about getting a 6-puck clutch with a light weight flywheel instead. I might just be writing out of frustration but I think for the price that I paid for a clutch I thought would last at least 60,000 miles, and then the parts being on back-order it's not worth it.

How did you treat that clutch? Pulling 1.5s isn't babying the darn thing. How many launches on that bad boy? I'd say 20k hard miles isn't too bad for $1000.

I have act hdss with sprung 6 puck disc and prolite flywheel. With this set up rev matching is your friend and light to light action is your enemy. No problems with this setup with 13k miles on it. It does make a slight noise if your not rev matching though but I heard that is normal. Good luck and
