Shep and TRE are the places to go.

Is it totally shot?

You may want to remove it and ship it a shop to see if it's repairable, which could save you some money versus a totally new one.

I only know of 4 shops that do work on Evo transfer cases:

Buschur Racing
Shepherd Racing
TRE (Team RIP)
TurboTrix

The extent of their services is something you'd have to call and find out.

My transfer case went out a while back and I recently got my repaired and upgraded Shepherd Racing Stage 2 w/ REF installed.

It was a long wait with Shep; I missed the shipment of new ring and pinion gears or else I would probably went with Buschur.

Good luck; I feel for you.
