That is a difficult question, because it depends on what you're looking for.

Ported stock you really can't go wrong with when combined with a 65mm TB

The Magnus Standard and Weapon-R have smaller plenums, so they're probably better suited for maxing out power on stock-ish turbos.

The other plenums are much larger, and some even have 3" throttle bodies (like the Hypertune, which you didn't mention).

You're best off figuring out what you want to do first, and then finding the piece that best suits your application.

what i have & what i would buy if money wasnt an object are 2 different things...

weapon-r / hks respectively.

i have a weapon-r mani, with small eliptical flare funnels inside....total runner length is 5.25" from flange face to funnel lip....i have done several mods to the mani before even bolting it on....

i got decent gains via aem....and my latest dyno run & aem power were within +/-1 whp of peak power on the dj dyno used.....

other people havent yielded the same results as far as gains with aftermarket mani's.....

i think a aftermarket intake mani should be very late in the game, as far as mods go...if you do it too soon, you wont get the rewards of the mani & the mani may actually hurt performance that otherwiise would be experienced when using a oem int. mani with a moderate level of mods....

Ported stocker with 65mm tbody. Thank you buschur racing!

I love it so far, no dyno results but the car just pulls and pulls and pulls!

Price was right too, $375 you cannot beat that for bang/buck when doing a bigger IM.

As of right now the AMS is my #1 choice. I have tuned cars with alot of these intakes.
I just have a preference for the quality, and fit and finish of the AMS parts.
