Is it conceivable that my eyelets would electroplate to the aluminum of my body or my other mounts if i do not use a conductive gel of some sort? I do not want to damage the connection, which would be incredibly counterproductive to my goals. Or are we even dealing with enough voltage to where it would be an issue?
