Same thing mine does. I have about 1100 miles on it right now. Its getting better on the noise. Now as far as it making the chattering sound when pressed all the way in.. that is a noise u want to hear. Lets u know the clutch is fully disengaged. Mine is actually very quite IMO... Alot better then some twins I have heard.

It's a normal whirring/whining sound. As someone else said you can limit it by rev matching more. It's a very grabby clutch.

It is normal man. You should hear the Tilton twin disc. It brings a new meaning to the phrase loud clutch haha. People will seriously think something is wrong with your car. I don't have one personally but, I have installed a few and a buddy of mine owns one. Twin discs are inherently loud by nature.

mine didn't do it for a long time...then started doing it for about a month and now it's back to not doing it again.

it's very subtle and doesn't bother me personally but I have had a passenger wonder if I ran over an owl hehe

Hehe. Yeah it makes whining noise when released, only when released slow, also chatter when engaged. Also sometimes when you drive with same speed (slow) lets say 4th gear, by a little longer it might feel like it's stuck in gear, just rev match and it works fine. It's just Twin Plate.
