i did my own little test with shell versus citgo. citgo gave me 83 miles on 20$ worth of gas (something like 5.8g), shell gave me 142. prices were consistent at 3.48 a gallon both times, driving stayed absolutely consistent. I kept track of any WOT pulls and kept them consistent as well to get an even more realistic idea of consumption. weather stayed consistent too, it's florida so it was upper 70's through out the 2 weeks. routes were almost exact as well. the only errors wouldve been with traffic lights and staying absolutely consistent in driving styles. but regardless, 83 vs 142 shows a big enough difference to prove shells better. so i only use shell from now on.

Dude I have always used chevron in my evo but from what I am hearing it is not that great (even though it is in the cars manual). Maybe I'll switch to shell what the hell.

Some people (not me) have ldata logged several different types of fuel and most report less knock and better performance with Shell V power. So that is what I stick
