leak found, need advice

I'm in the process of doing a turbo leak test, and this time I've turned up a significant leak. I noticed that my POS air pump wasn't making a measurable pressure, but the thing makes too much noise while running to hear a leak sound. When I shut it down , I could I could hear a hiss by the throttle body.

I tried tightening the hose clamp some more, but the sound persists. I don't want to put much more strain on that clamp. What else could be leaking?

I've been noticing a lack of WOT response, could this leak be causing the problem?
