Then we added the custom blend fuel which actually lost power

Then we added the Buschur Race map which made approx 680 whp

Then we raised the boost to 40 psi and made 720 whp

At this point Bad Bisch decided to purchase some VP Import fuel we had on hand and the car made 747 whp and 588 TQ

I do not know of any Gt35 based turbo ever making this kind of power - I assume this is some kind of record - although I am not totally sure - hopefully the members can help me

Kudos to David Buschur for his tuning skills and for making some amazing power

We played with the timing slightly and a/f but could not make any additional power - I feel that Master Buschur was able to extract the maximum power possible on the HTA Gt35 and that there is not one more whp to be had

Al you really impressed me with my car and your laptop going over the dyno runs with the fuel's we had tested.
After every pull on the dyno Al had showed me the logs and what was going on in detail, and was very serious about paying attention to details on the runs.As he was pointing out to me the graphs and such.
Thank you again Al and David Buschur for the amazing tune.I had a great time last night

you have to remember that this car has every part that Buschur racing offers, or just about. not only that its tuned AEM is done by David himself. so unless u plan on spending upwards of $15-$25k u will not make this kind of power on race gas let alone pump gas.

most 35r's are making anywhere from 500-600whp with pump/alky or race gas with around 30psi or more.

this car is a freak! its a clone of Davids car if im not mistaken.

in closeing, i would like to say, the power these cars are making these days is insane! keep it up guys.

Congrats on the car working so well. In the UK I think a bit over 700 at the crank is typical stuff. So presumably a 747 on Dynojet has to be around 850 at the crank at least. So I'd say you guys are getting about 100 hp at the crank more than your average GT35R.

Was the 747 number tune totally safe to run on the street?

Just to add to what I said... I believe the typical 700-750 range on VP Import in the UK is with .63 housings. So with the .82 housing maybe they would be a bit higher. This is hp at the crank measured on an superflow engine dyno. How a Dynojet converts to flywheel hp is a tough one though so hard to compare.

Don't mean to take away from this result. I do think it is the most powerful 35R out there. But not by more than 100 engine hp. And I'm not as clued in as I normally am to the UK's latest results.

dynojet power isnt close to engine power... evo9s dyno 250awhp~ on a dynojet and are rated at 286.. It it said that the official power rating was conservative by mitsubishi.
