turbo xs blow off valve

hey my friend just give his turboxs bov thing is i don't know if i have to buy a spacer b/c i have same setup form the factory here are some pic that i am talk about here the bov what i am trying to put on http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v646/locoJ/BOV002.jpg

I believe it is VTA. Are you running speed density?

If no, then don't do it.

Do yourself a favour and DO NOT install it. VTA BOVs run terrible on Evos. A Evo IX DV would be a much better choice.

Im going to smack my head against my computer. Doing a little homework goes a long way. Get a DV from a IX and call it a day.

I remember a friend of mine got an Evo VIII and the first thing he did after he installed the most expensive, most restrictive catback exhaust (C'mon you know what brand I'm talking about ), he put a VTA HKS SSQV on it. I was screaming on the inside. Poor Evo. Another friend in a VW GTI (TBE & MBC) pulled on him.
