I will hopefully have an update on monday from a company making me a manifold for hundreds cheaper than the full race, hopefully months sooner, and with twin 38mm's, which will further save me 250-300ish..

They have a twin scroll manifold for dsm's and I have to say it looks nice(lifetime warranty btw) so hopefully the final details get settled otherwise I will probably be waiting for a full race one..

I never said you were the only one, of course there are others. We can agree to disagree, but rest assured...my "facts are straight".

Try Mynes Performance. They also make a very nice TS manifold. In your choice of Top Mount or Bottom also. I like the option at no other cost plus what ever you order comes swaintech gold coated also.

Mines doesn't make a T3 twin scroll manifold. I have already asked.

lmfao...believe what u want .
did u order a kit and get the run around ? can u speak from experience? if so enlighten us
full race bites off more than they can chew ITS THAT SIMPLE
u dont take a 100 % deposit and give a customer build time then change it. u have to leave room for error "sure" thats life. but not another 4-6 wks on top of the 4wks i was told. thats where the problem lies. if u have to much work dont take a order.thats bad business.

I'll attempt to "enlighten" you.

1. I manage Full Race.
2. There were a lot of circumstances that were out of our control. Employees getting hurt in accidents and out of work, employees getting last-minute calls to travel as professional BMX'ers, etc.
3. We completely revamped the production floor to accelerate the process and got bad information from our contracted electricians, etc. (3 hours turn into 3 days) Delay after delay on things out of our control, and unfortunately these delays have to be passed on to the consumer.
4. Not bad business, just misinformation.
5. The company will be up-to-speed very soon, but unfortunately right now the quote time on all manifolds is 10-12 weeks. (at least until we get the backorders cleared up due to these circumstances)

It's understandable that in this market, with the clientele we have that is a LONG time, but it's the true quote. If we surpass it, GREAT, but if not hopefully we keep customers happier with a more accurate quote. (unfortunately was not the case with your order, my apology)

I've been on the track on a bike and had a knee or two on the ground, and wheelied a bike at 130+ too, but your pic looks like a slow speed wheelie, you're upright on the bike and the angle looks too steep. In other words, we ALL have our opinions.

Again, my apology that your order took the amount of time it took. Feel free to call me if you have any more questions.

-Brett

If you have 12 People on a production line for just manifolds alone then you should be able to get about 6 manifolds done in a day. so if they have 240 manifolds they are backed up on then props Hell, one guy coping, one guy sanding, one guy fitting, one guy managing a robot, one guy welding flanges.

Alot of times people use the 44mm wastegate not to save money, but to allow for easier installation. The 38s a little bit smaller but the 2 bolt flange is massive, and only allows for 2 positions (once it's welded into place). Whereas the 44mm has a 360 degree rotation.
