All exhausts that fit Varis Diffuser?

I was looking at it and it looks like it's only made for the JDM slant style exhaust. Not my cup of tea with the slant, but I really like the diffuser...does anyone know what exhausts fit this? or maybe the exhaust slinks down under the cut so it doesn't have to have the slant?
