Retard or Advance Timing?

I have my EVO tuned to 11:1 A/F I'd like to start playing around with my ignition map and was wondering if I should be advancing or retarding the timing. BTW, Im running on 91 octane

You've got guts. I'm too afraid to mess with stuff like that. I commend you. Does the e-manage data log for you so you can monitor knock?

Advance the timing for more power. But with 91 octane gas there's not much room for playing before detonation starts.

The e-manage datalogs very few parameters. I'm definately gonna invest in a pocketlogger.
