Question Cloud of white smoke coming form exhasut?

The other day I came to a stop in a parking lot and turned off my car. While the turbo timer was counting down a white cloud covered my car. I quickly turned off the turbo timer and the cloud disappeared. I thought for sure I blew the head gasket but the dealership is trying to say other wise. According to them they are saying that I have fuel continuously running in cyclinder 2 and is buringing out of the exaust. My question to the public is what could cause this aside from saying it is the tune?

Fuel would be a black smoke.

Not always especially if it is mixed with something i.e. coolant or oil. The funny thing is that I haven't lost any coolant and my oil level was fine.

So I got the dealer report in today about my problem. It seems that I had my #1 injector stuck open and it would not close properly. According to them it was dumping fuel straight into the exhaust. So I am looking at a minor talley of new injectors+service fees+tuning+towing+headache=1100. Could have been worse.
