Yes, it's Laguna Blue BMW color.

Yes, car came out of New York. I can't remember the name on the title, it wasn't the same as who I bought it from, it skipped one owner in the title department.

Still a lot of work to do.

indyevo, I can't do custom struts for the car. I have to keep the car classed down low enough so I have some chance of competing in it. Hell I might be nuts to try the Nationals after just two years of messing with this but I am pretty geeked to do it.

The turbo on the car now is all stock EVO8 stuff, manifold and 02 housing are all unported stock stuff.

I don't know if the car has cams in it or not. From the idle I would say yes, from the dyno I'd say maybe. The car had some fugly lower i/c pipe on it and I think that was the only mod on it when I got it. It was reflashed by a moron, I can tell you that

Right now here is the full list of what's done, that I know for sure:

Centerforce Dual Friction clutch
BR 3" turbo back with oval Magnaflow muffler
255 fuel pump
BR upper i/c pipe
BR lightweight battery kit
EVO 9 BOV
Robi Spec springs
Robi Spec alignment
BR inline boost controller
BR air filter kit
Enkei wheels
Nitto NT01 tires

For "up keep" on the car I also did:

New stock fuel rail/return line/regulator and stock injectors
Low mileage coils
New plug wires
New spark plugs

That's it. Not sure what else is done. I'd like to get a new timing belt on the car, pull the oil filter off and cut it open for inspection and check to see if the car has some kind of cam in it.

YO, spin2, what's up with your car? Are you driving it at all? For those of you that don't know spin2's car made 554 on our dyno with only 93 octane on the stock intake/tb, ported.

The car came out nice David. I didn't get a chance to get an up close look at it when I was there last time due to the large amounts of snow.

y0,y0!

Yeah, I've been driving it to work for the past 2 days and all last weekend. Runs great, not a single problem. I need 42 to open up to see what pumpgas will do.

Is it quieter with that muffler?

I dont like the color, but it might be one of those things that looks better in person than picture.

Have you done or are you planning on doing a compression test ?

Dave, I'd like you to do something for me with this car.

I'd like for you to give me a report on those Nitto nt01's on the strip! I want something with a hard sidewall that i can run on the strip and still get some decent 60's out of.
