E85 481whp Stock ECU and IX turbo

So on my quest for stock turbo HP I keep doing small mods. Last week I made 479whp and this week I we made 481whp. The only change was a Mill Spec 65mm TB. At the moment my car is not a very good test car bouncing a good 3-5hp between runs depending on what the ECU does on spool up when the turbo is surging. It likes to pick up the surge as knock. I love how well the stock knock control works but some times on built motors it can really be annoying how inconstant the knock is. I have a AEM that will be going in it soon. So that should help the car be more constant.

The car still has no cage and I have not been to a track with good prep yet. My best this year is 11.3@126.5.

Mods left for the car.

-AEM Ems
-small serp belt to by pass the PS and AC (track only)
-Spark Tech ignition
-5in intake with ram air for track use only

Mods to date that matter for power.

'04 SSL EVO full weight minus spare tire and Jack
-IX Stock trubo
-GSC S2 with Kiggly beehive valve springs
-ETS 5in IC and 3in piping with ETS intake pipe
-FIC 1000s's
-MAFT pro with 5bar AEM sensor
-TiAL BOV
-255hp
-Cust cold air intake
-E90 fuel
-spike 28psi hold 24psi to redline.
-Flash tuning done buy me.
-Stock WG actuater
-O2 housing
-BS remove
-10:1 alum rod motor
-Electric water pump
-light head port work
-ported intake
-intake spacer
-Mill Speck 65mm TB
-BR 3in TBE
-Exedy SR tripple
-EnglishRacing built tranny with a IX taller 1st

Did the ports match up pretty well on the gasket?

Nice numbers too. E85 ftw!

What is your injector duty cycle? How close are you to needing a second fuel pump? That is badass!

I agree on that knock sensor. It can be your best friend and a little SOB at the same time.
That IX Turbo must be screaming at that level.

Jesus I knew you made great power but I didn't expect the graph to look as nice as it does. Have you tried upping the boost past 28psi so see if there were any gains there? The curve doesn't take a nose dive like most either, I'm guessing you shift around 7300 and let 4th gear ride out?

Very nice...you need to get your 60' under control though and you'll be in the 10's on your current tune.
