I was driving the other day and my oil temp gauge (Defi Imperial) started going off, on my warn set. Its set at 105 C, then I moved my warn set up, and it just went up to that....wtf? o.O

anyone else have this problem? or know how to fix this? Change my oil? or what?

also. whats the best oil to run in an Evo? I run royal purp. like 10 30 i think. hell have nt changed it in like 4k so I forget what i put in :P

its a good idea to change every 3000 miles, and DONT go over. take care of that sweet 4g63. i change mine every 2000 or so because i drive my car really hard, and im sure most evo owners drive em hard too

If your oil temp reads 155 degree C when you just turn on the car, then it's your oil temp gauge's problem not oil, how can the oil heat up to 155 when you just start the engine.

Mobil 1 syn. Do a search. I'm pretty sure you'll find a few threads on her about it.

Depending on how you drive your car you can easily take the car to 5k miles.
