03 EVO 8 spark plugs

I recently purchased an o3 Evo 8 and need to change the spark plugs, but i am not sure which ones to get. I have seen many arguments for and aginst iridium as well as copper, and different heat range, i would like to go ngk. It has aftermarket cams, TBE, EBC, what do you think is best.

yes, .022 at 25+ psi has been good for me. I change my plugs every oil change, cause they are so cheap.
