ok guys I did it and I cannot believe the difference it made the car is insane was able to do 4 complete turns and I adjusted it right down. The car before when I installed the Evo9 10.5 was spooling later at 3k - early 4k rpm from a dig now spooling from 2k and I hitting full boost maybe by 4k @ 21psi the spool is insane feels like a Baby T25 turbo. I need to do some logs and retune but I don't know if it mind over matter but I seems a little weaker on top but not sure because it seems like I reaching the speed faster. Just need to get my 720's cc now to hit some big boost.
