Has anyone run one of the twin scroll 3071R's?

How does it compare to the regular GT3071R, namely the 0.86a/r. The new twin scroll version only comes in 0.78a/r.
I know the normal 0.63a/r can be known to surge when chasing bigger figures. The 0.86a/r version seemed the better choice. So I wonder how the 0.78a/r, in twin scroll format, will perform?
Lastly, what might be the lag penalty for the twin scroll 3071 vs twin scroll GT3076R HTA, presumably this 3071 comes on even better than the old single scroll version.
