At 0:32 - 0:34 when he gets off gas.

I have had this same noise on decel since a trip to the track a while back and have thought my t/c may be a bit pissed off.

My trans, t/c, and clutch are coming out this weekend for the QM clutch install but i'm thinking of sendig the t/c out and maybe the trans to Shep.

I now this has been discussed a lot just trying to confirm if mine is guna get worse as there is not much noise on accel and many say it's normal noise on decel???

The trans and t/c only have 4k miles on them.

 

I heard a whine through most of the video starting towards the end of 2 seconds.

Sounds like it to me.

I have the same whine accept only when i lift off? I heard noise through the whole video?
Luckily i can't hear mine as much... thanks to my exhaust

 

100% TC...exactly what i had, sounds like supercharger.

 

100k miles decel is a noisey beotch. Totally normal with an aftermarket clutch and flywheel it gets way loud

 

Ya that's what the guys at Shep said as well and i trust them. From searching many threads it seems that many have the noise as well.

The wierd thing is that the car didn't due this when the ACT clutch was first put in

 

Yea mine neither it took some miles before it started getting real loud. No sweat dont worrie about it
