Vacuum leak? Found lose hose coming off sensor...

What sensor is mounted on the back of the intake manifold? It has 3 small vacuum lines running off. Im guessing it maybe originally goes to stock boost solenoid.

I started car, and its a vacuum leak..

Can I just plug it? or does it need to feed back into Intake Manifold?

Has 3 vacuum lines coming out of it, and a plug from engine harness.

Sorry man, I'm at work so I cant see the pic. The way you describe it, it might be the FPR. I'm sure someone will be quick to give you an answer. Are you throwing any codes?

Im throwing P121, and P243

P243 is due to not having boost solenoid plugged in.

I chased one of the vacuum lines, it plugs into the throttle body.

If it's on the passenger side of the intake mani it's the FPR... if it's on the drivers side it's probably the EGR.

Looks like it's on the passenger side so it's probably the FPR. Don't plug that hose... Use a small ziptie or something to hold it on.

Its on the passenger side.

DTC P0121: Throttle Position Circuit Range/Performance Problem

Not really sure what causes that... faulty or loose TPS maybe?

Does the fuel pressure regulator have a plug that plugs into the engine harness?

Yes it has a plug (like a brown color). It has a vac line that goes to the fuel rail and the intake manifold.

Here is a pic with the lines and FPR outlined in green
