Help! IAC or vacume leak??

My 05 has just started to idle erratically, going up and down, 800 to 1300 and back continuously. Driving me nuts. Has anyone else had this problem? any ideas? I had something similar happen to a non-boosted car and was told it was a vacume leak giving the ecu erratic signals for air flow, so it constantly tries to correct. Thanks....

I guess the next step would be a vacume/boost leak test. What is involved with this? I am doubting it is a leak, My boost stays solid in every gear. The only way to check the IAC is to replace....bummer...
