i plan on buying cams for my evo ix can anyone tell what are the best go with i want to change valve train springs or anything i want install cams can anybody help THANKS

i recommend you to read a little bit more about cams and give yourself an idea of what is it that you need.
you are asking an open question that is hard to answer without any more information.
are you stock? planning on going big turbo? you want to rev more than 8000k?
