Help!Full throttle = No boost

After installing my clutch I installed a injen uicp and intake with a Forge RS bov recirculated. After breaking in my clutch I decided to test the car and make sure everything is running right. It gets to 3k and no boost at all. It just stops there at 3k, even with my foot on the pedal. I have tried adjusting the bov from 0 turns to 44 half turns because 2 turns is suppose to equal 1 psi. The hallman boost controller I have is still set at 22 psi. Anyone know what can be the problem? Any suggestions will help.

clutch break in period is 300-700 miles, did you drive so much under 3000 rpm?

Looks like major boost leak especially after installing uicp.

good luck

Definitely a major boost leak, should be obvious if you inspect your uicp and bov installation.

Check that your DV isn't installed backwards sounds stupid I know but it happens to a lot of people who go to that intake and UICP because of the reversing of the ICP under the intake instead of the other way around. Also check where the UICP is joined, there is a chance that the coupler was pinched and is not seating when the clamps are tightened.

Thanks for everyone's help. I will do a boost leak check. Here is a pic of my bov installed.
