do you mean catback or downpipe? what diameter?
There are 70mm and 80mm titanium catbacks.
I have the trust (greddy) ti-R 80mm cat back it is very straight and lightweight.
If you mean downpipe apboss makes an 80mm titanium catback.

Smile I have a titanium.

It is very loud indeed. I am very fond of loud exhaust and love listening to the very good sounding ones also. I have the Trust Ti-R and it is extremely loud and I am serious. It is much louder than I thought it would be. You either love it or hate it, and there is nothing in between. My family hates it and I love it, but I admit, it is too loud for me sometimes, especially inside the car. Even if you're driving slow, it's still loud. And it's the worst when cruising on highway speeds. Lots of droning. Enough criticism though. It has very good fitment, and I combined it with the DC Sports downpipe with cat-delete. It sounds very mean and aggressive and matches the personality of the Evo. It sounds amazing if you're watching the car go by at full throttle. It's sounds very good even when you're the driver and especially when you step on it. Overall, I don't really regret it, but you would expect that performance cars with exhausts would be loud when driving normal and extremely loud when stepping on it, but from my experience, titanium exhaust are probably extemely loud all the time, and the droning is painful when cruising. That's about it...and I rate mine a 9.5 out of a perfect 10. No regrets on the purchase though.

Greddy Ti is nice, had it on my evo for 70k miles and love every bit of it. Too bad it costs twice as much now as it did back in dec 2005.

Smile Worth it maybe.

I really like the titanium construction. Honestly, it's worth every penny to me...even though most people are against paying over a grand like I did. The full titanium exhaust is special and rare. The Japenese titanium exhausts have very good quality.
