Thought this was a pretty cool video of what exactly happens when a valve spring is pushed past its limits and floats a valve so I thought I would share. Definately gives you the idea of where damage could occur from over revving a valvetrain not up to the task. Enjoy!

amzing how v-springs bounce side to side, and the result of having a high lift cam and not sufficient spring force rate your valve will bounce off its seat a couple times when closing
