Please help diagnose an issue with my setup
Well....as you can see the numbers in my sig...the car was strong
This round I decided to add the following:
Cosworth M2
Supertech single valvesprings and Ti retainers
HKS cam gear
MILSPEC TB and IM
Hondata IM gasket
JAM lifters
ARP headstuds
Tomei BOV
One step colder plugs

The car drives around fine, but when I went to tune the car is knocking all over the place and cannot hold the same amount of boost as my old tune because the car gets very knock sensitive, which it was not doing before.
Basically even with less boost than before, I am still making more power than the old tune up to 6K, where the power just tails off. Final peak numbers being 320/300. So I lost power at peak.
Everyone else I have seen with these cams makes power all the way through the band. So which of these mods should I take a look at first? I am going to throw some better gas in there in case I got a bad tank, but I think if it was bad gas I would not have made the amount of power I did before 6K.
I am leaning toward the lifters, seeing as how nothing else on that list should cause any knock.
Any advice greatly appreciated. And before anyone starts blaming other things I want to say that Bryan did what he could for 3 hours and tried everything. Absolutely everything. And I hate bringing him an unprepared car....
Something is wrong with the setup and its not working properly. This post is strictly to try and come up with a plan of attack, not to point fingers. The car is boosting fine. The problem is the knock and where it could be coming from. Going to pull the valve cover and inspect the valvetrain shortly, but if anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate some advice.

Updated the graphs. Bryan tuned the car for three hours and tried basically everything.
He adjusted the cam gear, the spark plug gap, etc. Everytime the car knocks. Something is going wrong internally in the motor. I highly doubt its my FORGE WGA as this was on the car before and it was fine. The changes I have listed above and it sounds like a valvetrain issue.
Look at those graphs. I actually made decent power up to 6k over my other tune, then it falls on its face.
Has anyone with a dead lifter ever see this happen? You can see Bryan had to keep the boost more conservative this time around to tune around the knock so I could drive it safely until I get it fixed. I actually felt horrible, as I hate bringing him a unprepared car. It's quite frustrating at the moment.

I would think if it was a valve train problem, other than the actual cam grind then it would knock at other RPMs too.
Does higher octane fuel decrease the knock?
Did adjusting the cam gear/mivec affect the knock at all?
Maybe it's back pressure related. Try removing your HFC or running TP to see if knock goes away. We've seen flex pipes collapse inside and stopped up catylitic converters.

Bryan said the car was knocking no matter what tricks he tried and said I better double check everything.
I don't think it has anything to do with the exhaust components. Before I installed the stuff above my car was making a solid 331whp on 91 octane and a HFC w/ stock cams.

I agree, double check the cam installation and make sure that they were installed properly. It looks as if the lobe separation is too wide as the powerband has moved down in rpm. Possibly, one of your cams is a tooth off.

I should have mentioned the faster spool and earlier power band is because my FORGE WGA was running like no preload on my last tune without any cams.
It spooled alot faster after we adjusted the Forge WGA, so that part is not a mystery. I need to focus on the top end.
I am running an HKS cam gear and it is sort of difficult to tell if it is a tooth off.

Okay Update here.
Filled the car with new gas and went for a retune....NO KNOCK.
But the power is still down......so not sure what to do there. Bryan is helping me analyze the data from the logs, but as of now we are still stuck.
