Real Problim Car not cranking up

Ok about 3 weeks ago now, i was driving and my car just died, and wouldnt crank back up period. It will turn over but it doesnt have a spark on from the plugs, I checked the wiring harness plugs for voltage and both side have voltage, but the spark plugs themselfs are not creating a spark at all. This is what ive checked/done

Changed plugs
Changed Coils
Put all brand new fuse's for ignition components
Checked fuel pump/ fuel pressure
Timing still lines up
Replaced both Cam Position Sensors

now what im wondering is if there is a Ignition Relay on the firewall or are those just 2 fuel pump relays? Anyone else have an idea?

I blew a starter fuse (Fuseable link) at an autox, and the car just quit. Had my Mitsu mechanic on hand luckily, so he found the problem quick. not sure if I had anything cranking though. Re check fuses under dash again.
