anyone have any exp with a john shep rebuild?
soo my transfer case is goin on.. pretty much mitsus dikin me around so im left to repair it on my own..
i was goin to pull it out n send it to john shep.. does anyone have expierience with the builds? i mainly not worried bout the work but does the whine go away on the rebuild.. and if any other input leme know please

EDIT: Your whine MAY go away with a Shep or TRE rebuild.
Although, I thought Shep now can replace the ring and pinion...call and find out.

Im 95% sure he doesnt rebuild whining tcases.. If it whines youll need a new tcase because they do not sell just the ring and pinion to get rid of the whine.. Unless something has changed recently thats the way its always been.. Johns work is top notch.. give him a call directly and he will get you in the right direction..
