Need help please

Ok i just finished putting on an IX turbo ported manifold and o2 housing. Now my boost is at 28lbs and i didn't adjust my MBC at all. I have the Hallman MBC under the hood with the big black knob. Witch way do i turn it to turn the boost down and what is 1 full turn = in boost is it 1 turn = 1lbs? Sorry for the stupid question guys but i just want to turn the boost down until i get it tuned then i will leave it at whatever the tuner sets it at.

Doesn't it show on the knob? I would guess that if you turned it clockwise(righty-tighty), that it would increase your boost because you're closing more of the valve? I could be wrong but try turning it counter-clockwise and see if boost goes down. Hope that helps.

Turn counterclockwise to lower boost. It should thread out to release tension on the spring inside.

The Hallman does have arrows to show direction (up/down), but there's no way to know how many turns is 1psi. That all depends on your system.
