Spoolnup: Will you kindly give us your reasoning for prefering the the HKS EVC-6? I am considering finally trashing my, "El Cheapo", MBC for the EVC-6. IYO,why is it significantly superior to some of the other EBC's on the market?

I too am a little bit hesitant to attempt the install and setup myself, as I 've heard that HKS's supplied instructions suck. Will the EVC-6 work with JDM map sensors?

I have reached a point where an MBC is no longer doing the job of controlling boost. I run peak boost of 23#, but I also run ideally about 22# of wastegate preload. I am hoping that the EVC-6 will do the job that my MBC can no longer do.

Hey evil son, why have you started two identical threads simultaneously in the General, as well as in the Turbo, Engine and Drivetrain forums? One thread should be sufficient, don't you agree?
