Is it a coincidence that my 3 lights have come on after putting on some aftermarket wheels?

18x9.5 +27mm offset
15mm Front spacers

Would this upset the equilibrium of the system, and send a fault message to the computer?

70k on the clock, drivetrain flush + Service in the next week or to, I rather not bring it to the Dealer yet as I'll have to take off alot of stuff.

Car has been serviced at every interval.

 

wheels should not throw the acd off.
might've been installation problem

 

ABS light on also? the ACD uses those wheel sensors...and they can get damaged easy.

if not then its just bad timing.
