BC 272 cams
I'll answer one question at a time:
Fuel Pump - This is based on HP goals. A rule of thumb (not the absolute rule) is change the pump on an 8 at 300+WHP and on a 9 at 350+WHP. It's only $100 so it's a cheap and easy part.
Injectors - Again this is going to be based on the duty cycle of your current injectors when you run the HP you are going to be upgrading to. If you plan on future HP mods, you might as well upgrade.
Springs and Retainers - I believe the Brian Cower 272 don't NEED springs and retainers, especially if you aren't going to up the redline (not going to rev above 7500 RPM). If you are reving higher you should get them. If you feel uneasy about doing the cams without springs and retainers then do it. It won't hurt. Then you are ready if you ever want to go with 280's or some other more aggressive cams.
Hope that helps.
