What WHP should I be at?

I have Ported Megan O2 Housing, Downpipe, testpipe, stock cat back, and White Rabbit Turbo ( Long story on why I have that turbo over stock 9 turbo) I am tuned at 23ish psi
I am thinking 290ish and I should run around 12.7's with it right?

It's really no use in bench dyno'ing. You just have to get it tuned, put it on a dyno and find out. Just saying "290ish" without any context won't do anyone any good. There are many different dynos that all read differently, it depends on the correction factor used, the gear you use, the altitude (you are at very high altitude, which means much less power), and the fuel used.

Why do you have a downpipe/testpipe/o2 housing with a stock cat-back? That's backwards and is a bit counterproductive. If those are all the mods you have with no tune, fuel pump, or anything else, then I think your raw Dynojet numbers will be lower. 12.7 totally depends on driving and isn to directly related to your dyno numbers.

On 23psi pump.....I'd say 290 isn't an unfair estimation.
