Starting problem

So i got this intermittent problem and of course when i take it down to the dealership it works just fine. i was hoping somebody else has seen and knows how to fix this problem... on hot days (95+ degrees) the car doesnt start as normal and cranks as if it has a dead battery. when this problem first appeared i thought it was the battery and bought a new one from a local parts store. it usually does it when it has been sitting out in the sun 6+ hours and/or has been parked in the garage for 3-5 hours (garage is warm/hot from radiating heat from car). this has been an on going thing for about 3 weeks. it doesnt seem to get any worse, just on a regular basis. the car has just a little over 10k miles and is completely stock. no CELs, once started the car runs normal. here is a few videos of what is going on. thanks in advance for any help.
