Ok, I thought I fixed my ACD light problem but it kept on coming on and off. I mean, when it comes on, it will stay lit until the engine is shut off but when I restart the motor, it doesn't come on until few min later. I'm guessing that because my DP is too close to the ACD, it might have dried up the fluid when the exhaust gets hot? My Evo has about 40K now and I don't think they have a 30K maintenance so I think changing the ACD fluid and Transfer case fluid as well as the Tranny fluid should help??

yeah, you should probably do this first then report back.

 

I had this same problem with my evo 60k miles. I took it to the dealership and they replaced the acd pump $2000 part

 

same problem..if all lights are lit up solid then it is most likely the acd pump. 2500 or so for a new one. i found a used one for sale on this site for around 300.

 

Reset ECU before buying a new unit!

 

Already tried that but it came back on a couple days later

 

I think i should put the stock exhaust back on and reflash back to stock and then take it back to dealer for warranty repair???
