OK so here is my question. After doing the clutch job , 2 months later , after working fine, my clutch decided to not disengage. Everything looks like it is working alright ( slave cylander/master cylander) i tried adjusting it all the way out. I was wondering if the retaining clip popped would the throw out bearing still be able to pull on the fingers of the pressure plate?

If the T.O. bearing popped out of the pp then it could not pull on the clutch.
