Did your HKS Type 0 TT come with a RPM signal wire? Mine only had a parking park wire but the TT itself had both a brake (gray) and RPM (brown) connections that need to be made...did you connect the RPM wire? 'cause someone in the "how to install thread" in this forum said the Type 0 and Type 1 install are the same minus the two wire taps into the ECU...the wires that needed to be tapped were speed and RPM...however if we don't connect the RPM wire...how does the TT perform the auto mode since it "monitors" the engine to determine the cool down time?

It does not come with the RPM wire and it will still auto based on the amount of time the car was running. I do not know if it would even work if it was connected, but it is not necessary. That model is not supposed to have any taps but the parking brake.
