IX bov

im about to purchase an IX bov. for my VIII does $50 sound reasonable? or too much?

how much does this little mod help? im tuned at 23 psi and still using the crappy stocker VIII bov. I have herd the IV bov works very well with stock turbo. also will it be an easy swap out or will it be kinda a pain in the *** to install

^you just replace the plastic one with the metal IX one. that's it.

you're boosting 23psi? i doubt it's not leaking... my original bov leaked after 22psi. you should be able to hold more boost with the IX one. even more if you end up crushing it.

It's a direct replacement - same shape and size - so it only takes 5 minutes. It will be one of the best mods you'll ever do for the money. $50 for that benefit is huge.

The plastic BOVs begin to leak at 13-15psi, just fyi.
