Back in the shop :(
Once again my car is being towed back to the dealership
After having to wait on my clutch and flywheel to be installed for the third time, it's back at the service center again today. Not quite sure what my luck is with cars here recently. I've only had the car back for 4k miles after a clutch had to be installed 3 times to get it right. Simply a clutchmasters stage 1 and fidanza 9lb aluminum flywheel. First two time it was installed the snap ring kept breaking it's way from the pressure plate. The third time it's installed everything is working fine besides shifting at higher rpms. Which I understand could be a little adjustment issue with the pedal or maybe the clutch itself. But now I have absolutely no gear selection. It was a normal grinding 3rd shift (from a little over 5,500rpm) then nothing.... luckily the clutch pedal still had play in it so I'm assuming it's not the snap ring again.
Any ideas? No reverse or anything... Just a loose wobly shifter
