Water to Air Intercooler

i was just wondering if..you could run a water to air intercooler kit on a fp green or a hta geen i was wondering if was more efficent than a air to air also

Yes, it is more efficient and a lot of the purpose built evo's use them. I'm pretty sure AMS's drag car as well as the AMS Standing Mile Evo they built run them. I really don't think you want this unless you never run your car on the street. It take up a lot of room among other issues. If you only have a green I doubt you need or want this. I'm sure someone with a lot more knowledge then me will chime in.

what about a chargecooler like the one that turbotrix was running on the orange evo? could it work on a street EVO?

yes you could use it on the street but there really would not be an advantage to doing so.
