The v2 will handle 99% of the Evo population. This intake is NOT for any kind of street or sportsman use. This intake is for the all out competition only and will be priced accordingly ie. really expensive.
The end product is going to be interesting to see and test, that's for sure. I'm looking forward to it.
Not to get off subject but so you guys know. I am really impressed with the work Wilson is doing on these intake manifolds. I just got two new units in yesterday, V2's. Identical in appearance. I thought they looked different than the one I had put on my car though. Well since my car was at the shop I did a baseline pull, touched the tune up a little and then left the car on the dyno and swapped intakes out. No change. The point is the consitency is there, each part is producing the same results.
We have no sold more V2's than all other intakes we've offered combined.
I'd say what Indy said is true, the V2 will fill the needs of 99% of EVO owners, if I can run 155.78 mph in the 1/4 with it on an HTA35r..............I'd say that just about takes care of everyone
Thanks for constantly moving forward Indy.

This is GREAT NEWS! You guys are really putting everything on the table. I cant wait to see how it turns out and how the testing goes. Keep me updated!
Off Topic:
Good luck this weekend at Indy Jim. Since Craig Treble decided to ditch Harry and go to Schumacher i have been trying to put something together with Harry to ride the bike. Hopefully things work out!

(If that makes sense). It's amazing to see how all the intake manifolds keep getting better and better and not all IM are created equal, so it will be great to see how this IM for the EVO separates itself from the rest and even raises the standard...

The manifold pictured is a sample of Wilson's work, but the new race manifold is VERY different from what is pictured, and has never been done before in terms of materials and construction for the Evo.
Great.... Now you got me all antsi to see just exactly what Wilson is going to come up with for us EVO guys...

Mellon, This will NOT be another look at me copy cat intake designed by people who claim to be the leaders or the standard in intake manifold development. We have heard what they have been saying. Their 15 minutes of fame is over, it's time for a serious race manifold for the Evo, not just a "disco kit" to make your engine compartment look cool. To answer your question, believe me it will.
