C6 ZO6 vs FP RED?
Yea that might influence the result a bit but I dont know he might get some wheel spin causing him to lose some traction and the brake boosting should eliminate any power loss from the drivetrain. If you are still skeptical if you can win or lose then just race from a dig he'll be coughing out all your smoke and admiring those nice taillights all the way to the next city.
Maybe in farmville Ohio a Vette is baller statis, however in most of the civilized world it simply announces to the world that you can no longer get an erection.
P.S and I like the the ZO6, a bunch
^^^^^^ wow ive heard this same statement so many times in my life so iam assumeing it has to be true!!!
if you have ridden in a c6 zo6 you'd understand ..... the answer is no lol my buddy just got a c6 zo6 and it just simply kills.
unless your running a red with all basic mods a great tune and race gas imo.

If your goal is to put the hurting to a Z06... why on earth would you care if it was a stock appearing turbo?
You are facing off with a lighter car, with less drive train losses, and 3 and a half times the displacement.
Fair is anything short of jet propulsion or a solid fuel rocket strapped to the trunk. Why pick a turbo just big enough that on a 'good' day you win. Then he does a few bolt ons and your toast. If you are really enthralled with the idea of picking on your buddy's car, buy something big enough that he can't afford to pay his payments and play catch up.

I agree why a red? It is the king of bolt on turbos though!! What happens when you run into one of these? Those are meaty 345/40 18" drag radials on the back and the stupid sentra ruins the sound.....idiot!!

From a dig yes you would win. From a roll, you better be packing some heat cause the new Z06 made me work for it on my Yamaha R1 which had 168 RWHP..
That is one fast car and looks great while doing so...

Yeah, I'll bet! But, that's not fair because you are a paid assassin and your car is, well... not quite what it appears to be, especially if you remove all the stickers

I know I can throw out the stock look with the stickers. But, hey....maybe they will think im just a ricer with stickers all over the car.
This is a pretty terribe question and so many factors come into play it is hard to say.
Best thing to do is look at the trap speeds with the mods on the EVO with the red... from what Ive seen, they are trapping higher than any C6Z Ive seen so it would be no problem walking one up top. Gearing may become an issue in the EVO if you are trying to race one to 175mph though.
I raced a C6Z (bone stock) when I had my Green/Meth 32psi+ setup. We did a 60 roll to around 125 and were door to door. If I had a red I would have walked it. Mind you this was a stock one though, and my EVO was always very fast and tuned/setup perfectly. Your average Green on meth might not have been able to do that. A properly setup red with over 30psi should have ABSOLUTELY no problem putting a beatdown on a C6Z.

Just go to the local speed shop and say, "I need NOS!"
Also, if you're trying to hook up with Toretto's sister I suggest going to their store every day and ordering a tuna sandwich.
